I know that for safety reasons irons are not supplied in Zuidy staterooms. Is there any location on board that does provide irons for passenger use?

No. Irons are not allowed in passenger cabins, and there is no laundry room on the Vista or Signature ships.
Your choices are to send things out for pressing, hang them in a steamy shower, use Downy Wrinkle Release, pack in dry cleaner plastic bags, or adopt wrinkled as a fashion statement.
