Zaandam Formal Nights - When?

For anyone who has been on the Zaandam recently, which nights were formal nights? I want to make reservations at the Pinnacle Grill beforehand and was wondering when the formal nights are. We will be sailing on the Zaandam on Nov. 20th. Thanks!

Formal nights can vary, but especially because of the holiday I would wait until I boarded to find out for sure and make my reservations accordingly then.

We have never found the Pinnacle to be anywhere near crowded and getting a table in our experience on 3 different HAL ships is not a problem, even if you make your reservation the same day.

Formal nights are based on itinerary. Generally, they will be on sea nights. There's nothing wrong with doing the Pinnicle on formal night.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if I needed to call the 800# now to make a reservation or I could wait until we boarded the ship. Sounds like I can wait until we sail.
