Pastries in the Explorations Cafe?

I've read that there are pastries available in the Explorations Cafe on the Ryndam. Are they complimentary?

I assume so. I have only gotten them when I was also purchasing coffee and there was no charge. I don't know if there would be an issue of getting one without buying coffee?? Seemed to be the same ones that were in the Lido.

Last year on the Oosterdam, they were complimentary IF you purchased a coffee.

Same on the Eurodam. Free with purchase. I don't think I ever saw anyone buying just a pastry.

We have never had a pastry at Explorations Cafe when we bought coffee but they asked if we wanted one.

I think I tried to purchase one once, without buying a drink, and it wasn't possible.
There also comes a point in the day when the pasties are no longer available. Both times I have purchased a drink there was no pastry to be had. :(
