We had a fabulous family holiday (22 of us) with my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in 2007. From 'Gramps' at 74 to my youngest nephew at 4 months, we were all treated wonderfully.
True there is no formal entertainment for children but there is plenty going on and I am not sure the water volley ball or daily quiz has been so enthusiastically fought over before or since.
