I'm confused, does HAL allow cruisers to bring bottles of wine on board for use in the cabin and dinning room? If so, what is the fee and limit?

Corkage fee in the dining room is $10.

Obviously no fee if you drink it in your stateroom.

I dont know that there is a limit to how much you can bring aboard...

And don't forget the 15% gratuity/tax, whatever they call it, if the wine is taken to the dining room.

I thought the corkage fee was $15.00, but maybe I am getting that mixed up with the 15%.

Last week on the Z our corkage fee was $15 + 15% gratuity for each bottle of wine. No one checked to see how much we brought on board. My brother carried 6 bottles on for the family by himself and he was not questioned.

You folks on CC have been most helpful as we plan our 2nd cruise. Looking forward to meeting some of you some time, some where on the high seas.
