No. But you will pay in the Windstar Cafe where a variety of specialty coffees are available for a fee.

After dinner every night, DH would have three lattes & our waiter Anwar would have them waiting.:) Also, the cost of coffees in the Windstar is VERY reasonable.

The Windstar Cafe is a lot cheaper than Starbucks. They have a very large selection too, I was surprised to see White Chocolate Mocha's on their menu.
