We have been on several cruise lines Celebrity,Princess, Disney, and two weeks ago Seabourn. We have booked a HAL cruise for this March. We have experinced the extra $$ restaurants on Princess, not impressed. But we really did enjoy the Palo experience on Disney so much we went twice on a 4 day!! Wondering if anyone has done Palo and can compare it to Pinnacle? We understand we will not be getting the wonderful meals we just expirenced on Seabourn in HALs regular dinning room but if Pinnacle is like Palo we may be interested in pre booking.

The food and service in the Pinnacle was equal to Palo's on the Stattendam but wasn't as good as Palo's on the Zuiderdam. On the Celebrity Summitt, the service was equal to Palo's but the food wasn't as good. Palo's is pretty hard to beat. Hope this helps.

Thanks, you are right on Palo being hard to beat!! It is really a nice experience! The only time we have found to bet it yet was on Seabourn and that was every meal. But it is hard to compare Seabourns service to any of the large ships. It just isn't apples to apples. Thanks again for your response!
