Statendam - Oct 18 - A Sea Day

It's another sea day. Again - lot's of activities. Ship is getting hotter everywhere. By afternoon many people were at the front desk complaining - from all deck levels - many cabins do not have any air conditioning. On our deck - Navigation - even the hallway is terribly hot - made worse by the fact that the magic eye at the aft doors is not working and the doors have to be left open - letting in tons of hot air. There is definitely an air-conditioning problem on this ship. We have also been among those reporting no air-conditioning in our cabin.

The salon girls were out again today soliciting.

The internet was out of service for several hours due to a satellite problem.

We have noticed that the ship ship slowed down considerably a couple of times this afternoon - no explanation was given.

Now you got me thinking about what they were soliciting for considering that busniess was slow at the beginning of the cruise in the salon.
