All PS, SA, SB and SC Delux Suites get to chose when they wish to leave the ship at the end of the cruise.
You will get a form at the beginning of the cruise where you indicate what you travel plans are at the end of the cruise.
For example -- we always check off that we are indepentdent travels -- meaning we have made our own plans -- taking a taxi to a hotel. We check that and the time we wish to leave the ship.
As a rule ALL the above categories are automatically assgined to the time they check off without any questions -- which for those categories usually is between 8:15 and 9:15 -- from the various times to check off.

Deluxe Suites (and PHs) are supposed to have your luggage first off (and I don't think you have to have it out in the hall as early as the rest of the ship). You can disembark when at your leisure too.
However, none of this did us any good our last time in a deluxe suite. One of our suitcases was missing from the area where the 'suite' baggage was to have been in the terminal. We had to stand around the luggage area at Canada Place until ALL the luggage was off the ship, still looking for that missing piece. Then we were told to go the airport anyway (we had arranged our own limo transportation rather than the HAL bus) as the missing suitcase might be there. That was a wonderful feeling. Once at the airport we had to track down a HAL person (Red Coat) to find out where our missing piece might be. It took more than one Red Coat to know where was. Our suitcase was there, but it was a LOT of hassle. Special takes on a whole different meaning...
