Key West and Bahamas - Shore excursions

I'd like some feedback from those people that have been on this cruise, in particualr if you had done the kayaking in Key West and or kayaking the mangroves in the Bahamas. Anyone that has experienced swimming with dolphins. Which they found the best, and which they would recommend. This is the first cruise my girlfriend and I have been on so any information would be greatly appreciated.
