We are on Prinsendam 14 day Europe cruise - can anyone advise if they will be holding a Master Chef's dinner and if yes, what day would this be held on? Also does the Prinsendam do the wine tastings of special dinners often referred to on other HAL ships? Thanks

It's been two years since I sailed on the Prinsendam, but they did not have a Master Chef's Dinner on that sailing. (The MC circus had started long before then.)
I realize this information is old, but I have yet to read any posts that state the Dinner was held on the Prinsendam.
Have a great time on this beautiful ship.

We just cruised on the Prinsendam--Transatlantic for 20 days and had no Master Chef's dinner. We enjoyed the ship very much.

Appreciate the responses. I'll let you know once we return if they have now added it to the Prinsendam.:D

We've been on the Prinsendam for three consecutive holiday sailings and, yes, they did have the wine tastings w/special dinners offered on each of them. I believe it was held in the Pinnacle and a flier with the details was left in our cabin mailbox. Don't know if it was because it was Christmas/New Year's, but you could call ship's services at (800) 541-1576 to find out if one is planned for your particular cruise.
