  1. Adding to the long list of people who want to thank you so much for taking time out of your vacation to find out SO MANY things for us about this new ship! Come on people - 4 more posts to 1000!!! EDIT: How did this go from post 995 to post 978? Author #995 Posted just now Yes. It was uncomfortably warm in the dining room, Wheelhouse, and Crooners most nights. I hope they get the environmental systems balanced better. ***
  2. And it looks like you'll be getting the closest thing to an aft view that you can get in a non-handicap cabin on this ship!!!!! 😄
  3. Thanks for the link but I can't see where it says anything about balcony covered (or not) on the Sun.
  4. Has the deck 6 dining room really been open for breakfast and lunch on sea days? Somehow I got the impression that only deck 8 Americana was open.
  5. Any bar that might have the better glasses is going to request that you leave them there. If you want large glasses for your own wine you might just have to bring them with you.
  6. @CanadianBurger - someone on another thread asked about where better wines (and the better glasses they are served in) might be found on the Sun since there's no Vines. Have you come across any venues that would fit that description?
  7. The OP asked about the Sun specifically. If there's no Vines I wonder if they even sent her the better glasses. There's a current live thread. I'll ask about where better wines might be served on there.
  8. Thanks! So decks 11, 12 and 14 will have those beautiful balconies?
  9. Can you be specific - we're currently signed up for 39 days on her in the fall so I'm really interested to know.
  10. Thanks (once again) for the beautiful photos! It's too bad about the motion on deck 6 in the aft because the views would be spectacular.
  11. Do these two cabins actually have an aft, wake view balcony? I can't seem to pull up the deck plan but the description says: Stateroom Number: 14636 Type: Deluxe Balcony Category: DD Location: Aft Deck: 14 (Fourteen) Bath Type: Shower Connecting Room: N/A Average Size: 320 sq. ft.
  12. For those that asked - O'Malleys is open for lunch on a sea day! EDIT: Might only be open for drinks at 1:00. There's something written underneath the hours that becomes blurry when I enlarge it enough to read. Sorry! ***
  13. How windy was it at the Seaview Bar area while sailing? (Might be the reason it's empty)
  14. "but I doubt I would pick this ship again." ????? Explain please. ***
  15. I meant Reserve, Signature and Main. It seems Reserve and Main are pretty much the same menu so now just wondering about the Signature. (And I have to say, while we like most things on Princess better, the dining situation on Celebrity really IS much better. The menus in MDR, Blu (Aqua class) and Luminae (suites) are totally different from each other.)
