  3. Darn… I don’t even see them in my history. I’m checking to see if they show up in my family’s history because I added all our numbers to watch and I wonder if they caused a glitch? I watched it twice to make sure I got the points 😂
  4. I wonder if I don’t have my points yet because we are in Canada… any non-Americans receive their points yet? I’ve been having issues with the website staying in “visiting from Canada” mode so hoping it is just an IT issue and I’ll be given the points soon. 6 points shy of becoming Elite before our next cruise so i REALLY need this and hopefully another opportunity for one point soon!!
  5. May I ask what drinks are available to be taken from Elite hour? For example, is there a limit on how many bottles of water we can request?
  6. We just got off 14 nights on the Silhouette and I can’t say enough amazing things about the kids club. The first was a 4 nights cruise, which had 44 kids ages 0-17 and the second was a 10 nights cruise, which had 22 kids ages 0-12. Depending on the number of kids in each age group, they will combine them. My 3yo was with my 8yo at all times. We had gotten off the Disney Dream before boarding the Silhouette and while my kids loved the Disney kids club (due to the Disney experience aspect) they LOVED the Celebrity kids club experience more. The activities were well planned and the staff really got to know them well (remembered their names, what they liked to do etc) Solstice has two outdoor pools: one is the “family pool” which is 3ft-4ft deep. We did Alaska on Solstice in 2017 and Hawaii in 2018 when our son was 2. Had a great time! If your kids don’t need all the bells and whistles, Celebrity is a great cruise line for families 🙂
  7. Hello, Concierge guarantee is now cheaper than the veranda guarantee that I have booked. I am past final payment. i know in the past I was able to change categories as long as it was more expensive. Is this still the case? Has anyone been able to change categories after final payment if the price is LOWER than your booked category? TIA!
  8. Hello, Hoping someone can answer my questions 🙂 1. If you have a drink package, can you sit and just order drinks? Are they covered (up to the allowable amount)? 2. My husband, kids and I will have the dining package but my sister will not. Can she still sit with us and order a la carte? 3. With the dining package, do you have to order the fixed menu? (On Silhouette) 4. Can my children order food to go using their dining package even if we (the adults) don’t dine with them? Reason is because hubby and I want to dine at Murano one of the nights for a date night 🥰 5. Is there a separate children’s menu or do my kiddos get to order the same as adults? Thanks again for your assistance!

  10. I’m sorry to say this happened to me as well months ago. It took weeks to sort out and executive office had to get involved. All the payments/FCC/OBV have now been applied but none of my current invoices show that I have the all inclusive perks. I am hoping and praying everything is ok on their end and I won’t be at guest services all night to try and sort this out.
  11. Flying seems to be so stressful these days! Can you share your recent experiences booking through Celebrity? Specifically, in the FAQ, it states: “If the flight gets cancelled or delayed and Celebrity Cruises is unable to get the guest to the ship, we will offer a Future Cruise Credit and refund the cost of the flight.” I would like to know if you or anyone have had any issues having them honor this policy. Thank you!
  12. Is this a new policy? It happened to me when I changed my booking to a new sail date and I called them and they reapplied it… this was about a month ago.
  13. Yes, I will call to get the price reductions before final payment. I meant that I will give them a call after final payment and request that a new FCC be provided so that I don’t end up requesting it after every price reduction.
