We are getting ready for a Basel to Amsterdam cruise starting on 10/28. Can you advise as to when we need to start looking at the water levels to judge the likelihood of problems during our trip? Am I right that things are looking better looking ahead in October/early November or is it too early to say yet? Thanks for your help.
