  1. My understanding is that the complimentary use of the spa facilities is only during certain times, early am and after 6 pm. Did you find this to be true?
  2. Thanks for the info. Regardless of if they have port day specials it’s nice to know the thermal areas are available to all. We will be in a OT suite. Does the thermal areas include dry sauna, steam and hydro pool as well as outdoor relaxation deck?
  3. I’m curious if they offered any discounted spa services for port days in the daily’s perhaps, as other cruise lines do.
  4. Will do. I still haven’t gotten a reply to my email from them. I see you haven’t joined our roll call. Lots of activity there with great suggestions for excursions as well as some organizing small private tours. It will be easier for me to stay in touch with you if you are on the roll call. I’ll then share my email with you if I here back from Danny’s.
  5. I’m on the VoV HAL Zuiderdam cruise July - August 2024 which has a stop in St Anthony’s. I’d like to know how to get contact Danny’s Airbus as well as what kind of tour they can arrange. Do you have an email address or website? I did a search and all I found was a listing for a business phone number. If you can help I’d greatly appreciate it.
  6. Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for your tips on 3-1-1 carryon toiletries. I have already transitioned to solid shampoo and conditioner that I now use everyday. My makeup has also been pared down since retirement and with age (to much doesn’t look good on old faces) LOL! Also, I have a solid, crystal deodorant for travel. The hair products have always been the sticking point and I need sensitive toothpaste which is harder to find in travel size. Anyone else with ideas please chime in. Oh, and BTW if you haven’t figured it out yet, we’re on the same roll call for the HAL VoV sailing this summer.
  7. I’ve gotten better with packing light for clothes and shoes, however, my question to all our ladies out there is how do you master the 3-1-1 rule for toiletries, makeup and hair products? That’s always been my downfall.
  8. Of course when it comes to the weight of clothes summer/warm weather clothes are generally lighter weight. For other seasons I use the layering principle, usually a lightweight marino wool pullover sweater and one or two dressy very light silky jacket for evenings that I can mix/match with different tops and pants.
