Still on the Journey and 2nd cruise started today. Ultimate is now 34.95 and Premium is unchanged at 31.95. Guess they’re trying to get everyone to buy the Ultimate.

Did they tell you that the 950 could be spent on anything or did it just show up when you looked at your onboard account. When I asked guest relations, they said the 700 had to be spent on shore excursions

The upgraded wines are not great. There are two from La Crema but from the Monterey area not Sonoma, which are their better wines. IMHO A couple of the upgraded wines sell for $27 on the wine list.

Currently on the Journey and can confirm that the specialty dining is now $35 or three for $85. Upgrade drink package is now $31.95/day for premium or $39.95 for the ultimate. Big increase on both. The loyalty discounts still apply.

Alcohol, wine and beer are allowed. Bring your favourite scotch. Not a problem.

You are allowed to bring alcohol including wine and beer onboard. You can take wine to any dining venue and be subject to a $10 corkage fee. We have also brought alcohol onboard during port stops without any issue.

I submitted a request over a month ago for two January cruises and no response or changes when I looked at my reservations. Submitted the request again about a week ago and two days later got a revised reservation with credits for both cruises. I used the same link for both requests. Hit and miss I guess.

Had a 6 night cruise cancelled and submitted request for 16 night TA. Waited 8 days and then called. After a relatively short 10 minute hold, spoke to a rep who contacted the department handling the requests. Within 5 minutes he confirmed the new itinerary. Additional 600 bar tab and 600 sailor loot included. I'm a happy camper. This is my VV experience and they handled it extremely well.

We were on the Pursuit a couple of weeks ago and the ultimate package chardonnay was La Croisade and Woodbridge Chardonnay. Yes, Woodbridge.

You will pay the difference between the beer allowance amount and the price of the beer you ordered. Any gratuity if applicable will be added as well to the extra amount. i.e. a $1 difference would cost you $1.20.

We have done 3 transatlantic on Azamara. The two southern route cruises were flat calm on the crossing so felt very little motion. The cruise that stopped in Bermuda experienced swells on the segment from Madeira to Bermuda. It didn’t bother us but a lot of guests and crew were feeling the motion. The temperature was also not as warm.

Thank you everyone for the replies. I found the port website and Azamara is supposed to dock at Oceankaj as Hallasm and Mrs Dukes suggested. The port website shows us as the only cruise ship in port that day. Will I need to arrange for a taxi or are there typically taxis waiting for fares at the port?
