Does it need to be printed or is showing the results on your phone enough

I worry a bit about that too as we are leaving from there the end of this month.

So I started uploading all the requested information via the app and I have had nothing but issues. Some how my crown and anchor got assigned to my husband. I called to try and figure out why it wouldn’t take my account number bad the rep said “oh that’s because it’s Christopher number” umm no those sailings are all mine he’s never been on a Royal Caribbean ship. He couldn’t help me and said I had to call back to see if crown and anchor reps cans fix it. I would love to know how that happened. When I log into crown and anchor with my account number it’s all my information. Then I entered the credit card we want to use for room charges I enter all the information including the expiration date of 12/24. I review all the information, save it and then once saved it changes the expiration date to 12/25. I’m assuming they check all this again when we get to the pier on boarding day but I feel like I wasted my night entering everything. My set sail pass currently shows no loyalty program but my husband has platinum on his lol. I know someone said after sailing it might update to give him the same status as me but I didn’t think it would take mine and give it to him 😂 The representative on the phone said the app is known to have glitches, is this common?

what items are needed to check in. I will be checking in for myself, husband and two kids. we are linked with another reservation can I check everyone in, or just my reservation. Do I need credit card/vaccination cards etc? I saw some people say they skipped over most things and just picked a time how do you skip past that information?

Thank you for the quick response. I will have to do that with the special needs department. The medicine always stayed well in the mini fridge at Disney, but I kept it in its insulated pouch as well while in the fridge

I am currently on a weekly medicine for my RA and the injection medicine needs to be refrigerated. It is pen style and I have a travel bag for it that comes with a freezer pack. When I fly I have no issues I just let them know that I have it and that it has to remain cold and I bring it in my carry on, I would assume the ship is the same but figured I would check. If my memory serves me right, the rooms have a mini fridge that I can put the medicine in, or does that need to be requested. Also is there a sharps container somewhere on board where I can dispose of the injection pen? We will be on Oasis of the seas in July and my husband will have his C-Pap machine as well. Form what I have read the plugs are limited especially when you factor in charging phones, tablets and plugging in the C-pap. Can we bring our own extension cord/extra plugs or can we only request it from the cabin steward, can we still request the distilled water?

Is there any place on the ship to fill a bottle like this? I am drinking mostly water these days. A bottle fill station or some soda machines have a water button.

I wonder about this too. Even my results from my state testing labs, both rapid and PCR never had a lab CLIA number so I'm confused by this. We are sailing out of Cape Liberty, has anyone recently boarded a cruise from this terminal without this information on their results? Royals website states that the lab information needs to be on it but I have yet to have any tests showing this information. Especially when it is a rapid because it is not processed through a lab.

I hadnt even thought about it but now I have to wonder. Our cruise is July 29th, which is a Friday so if the other ships are on a Saturday rotation will there be anything left? I wonder is it 1st come 1st served?

Reading this makes me wonder does the garage ever get full to the point they turn people away? I just want to know if I have to have a backup plan.
