Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Hey all! Anyone here used the Noom app on a cruise recently? Trying to decide if/what package would let me access it. If you use Noom, I will have enough "treat" days to cover the cruise, but would hate to use them and would love to stay somewhat accountable if possible since already going off meds for the cruise because... no WAY I could justify my chef's table and all that and not be able to eat! TIA!
  2. Hello, I just started getting a message today or yesterday that anything I post needs to be approved by a moderator before it can be seen. I don't even know if this will show up here! I am only concerned as of why, and per the help page: Posts Appear ImmediatelyWe do not review messages before they are posted and you cannot delete your own messages once they are posted. As much as we'd like to, our volunteer staff is too busy to delete messages for you, extend spell-check services or rescue you from a momentary lapse in good judgment! ? If you don't see your message after posting it, close your browser or click your "refresh" to see your posting. You'll see it -- and so will everyone else! Thanks for any insight, other posters seem to be fine, just trying to figure out what I did!
  3. I added 6 on a trip in September, 2 - $250, other 4-$100 each. Didn't get questioned or anything. I did it at Guest Services though because they were all e-Cards on my phone. Not leaving for a month, but I currently have 8 e-cards on my phone varying from, most in the $250 or above range. Hope to not be using them all (as we have another cruise to pay off for next year) but I should actually have over 10 cards before we sail.. so I will be seeing how that goes, even though we will mainly only be paying tips/drink purchases with it.
  4. In the Spring of 2020, it took me almost 8 months (and constant calls..) to get a gift card back. Recently (September) we had something we paid for that was canceled by Carnival (Chef's Table) on board. They told me they would mail me a gift card and wouldn't put the refund on my account so I could use it for other things. /shrug whatever, I had more in my phone! Took about 21 days until after we got back to get it in the mail. I would cut that down to about 2 weeks if you aren't on board, I can only assume the refund didn't even start processing until after we got back. If you are looking to get something else from the drinks department, I would actually give them a call, and see if they can switch it around to what you what, be it Bubbles, or bottles in the room. Hopefully they could just issue the replacement gift card for the rest.
