Does FaceTime calls work with the Surf plan? Carolyn

Just received a current booking confirmation from my TA and no stock onboard credit has been posted yet. I received the Stockperks email that says my onboard credit of $250 was applied to my booking on Jan 29th. Not impressed with the new procedure.

Finally got the email at 7 pm tonight from Stockperks saying my statement had been approved. I did the Redeem step and just got another email saying that my request for OBC has been successfully submitted to HAL. Also it said they would be in touch in 5 days to confirm that the credit was applied. I will contact my TA in a week about getting a new Booking Confirmation to see if credit was applied.

I started the Stockperk process Jan. 16 by uploading a photo of current statement and did not receive an email confirming such. Uploaded a pdf of statement on Jan 23 and still no confirmation email. In looking at the Profile tab everyday since I have “Profile completion 50%” in a blue box. I am ready to send email to HAL stating that the new procedure for OBC is very unusable. Fortunately I have until April for my approval. Carolyn

I forgot to say that our luggage was locked in the back of the mini bus during our tour.

Has anyone stayed at the Element hotel that HAL that uses for pre & post trips? We are flying in from California two days prior to our cruise and are hoping that we can get a ship transfer on embarkation day, Thanks, Carolyn

We did a 24 day HAL RT Boston last summer. Went in 4 days early to visit a friend in Newton. Stayed at the Marriott there in Newton. They gave me following information for the driver they recommend. Francklin picked us up at the airport to go to hotel, then also used him for hotel to ship and ship to hotel on return. Very nice, friendly guy with a large SUV. We are boarding the Royal Princess June 3rd in Seattle. We were able to select Boarding Group A 11;00-11:30 am on the Princess App a few weeks ago. I just printed the Travel Summary and it says boarding begins at 1:00 pm. Anyone have an idea what time we will be able to board? Thank you, Carolyn

We are a group of 9 people traveling together and our flight leaves at 7:50 pm. We have arranged a private 7 hr tour for the day. Our luggage will be on the mini bus with us.
