Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Is that a Mimosa flight? Brunch looks amazing. I really appreciate your reviews and insight with your dad. My parents are 80 and 84 and both are showing signs of memory loss. However my mom (80) is showing much more. I am taking them both to Alaska (their 1st time) on the Encore in August and have been reading and reading your reviews. I very much look forward to this review.
  2. We have this one booked in December 2025 so I'll be looking forward to hearing about it from everyone before us.
  3. They are good and the fresh roasted candied nuts are amazing. Those are always a must have for us.
  4. Only 646 days until I am booked to enjoy this view. Looks like a beautiful day.
  5. Hopping on board as I count down my long wait to Encore in August. My last NCL cruise was on the Pearl in March 2020 when the Captain came on as we left Cozumel to tell us all ships have been instructed to return to their home port. Here's to a great short cruise!!
  6. We did Hayhu before the pandemic shutdown and it was amazing. Absolutely the best food we had on the trip. We had the upstairs area and loved it.
  7. From the looks of the Chopsticks food I am wishing it was on more ships.
  8. Thanks for the great review. After seeing the different drinks, street eats, and remembering how good Emeril's is I need to get a Jubilee cruise re-booked to replace the one that was cancelled.
  9. All of your street eats items this week have looked great.
  10. Those sweet potatoe fries on Mardi Gras were wonderful.
  11. We stayed at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Webster before our Allure cruise in May and were very happy. They also had a good free breakfast. I think it was $125ish.
  12. Following along because I was suppose to be on Jubilee the week before Christmas. I drug my feet too long on rebooking anything so my 25% went unused. However, I do still want to get a Jubilee cruise in because I do like the XL class. Galveston is drivable, and I need Emeril's and a few Watermelon Crushes.
  13. Thanks for sharing your cruise with us. It has been a great week!!
  14. Watermelon Crush was my go to drink on Mardi Gras. But now I am wondering how it'd be with mezcal.
