We did Discovery Princess in May 2023 to Alaska, it felt like a Carnival cruise. We went on Princess to Alaska 20 years ago, it was elegant and special, not anymore. We preferred our Royal Caribbean cruise last October 2022.

We had a balcony on Discovery Princess May 7. Bid $100 total and won a mini suite. We have never had a mini suite so I am happy with the upgrade.

The Web Personalizer shows $15. I will print and take with us but we mostly drink mocktails and beer so I don't think we will need it.

We have purchased the plus package under the old plan. Plus Beverage Package - 50. On the Princess app, under packages shows the plus package "wine and beer up to $12 each". We sail May 7, 2023. We purchased the soda package for my daughter. It doesn't yet show up at all on the app.

I thought coffee, hot chocolate and tea is included with the plus plan? Espresso isn't. Am I correct?

I have called Princess customer service a few times to purchase excursions, price changes, inquire about military obc and purchase items for our upcoming May cruise without issue. Today I called to use the gift card, I received from using the Barclay Princess credit card rewards. I wanted to use the gift card to apply obc. The representative immediately stated she could not use the gift card for obc. I said how do you know you haven't tried. She then "tried" and stated again she "the system won't let" her. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She informed me the supervisor was on a long call and couldn't speak to me. I stated I would wait. She said I couldn't wait that long because it would be a very "long" call. I asked to speak to anyone else anyone. She said she would transfer me. Not surprisingly the call was dropped. I spent an hour waiting for her. I will call back another day, fingers crossed she will not be working.

I don't mind my middle name on the airline tickets but EZair booked our tickets with Firstmiddle Mrs. (no middle) Last. The first name on the ticket is literally my first name no space then my middle name then a space and Mrs. Should I call and have a fit or will the airlines let this pass?
