  1. @billc23 can you advise which line you are currently sailing please.
  2. Charla you need to post your cruise plans. There are so many people who want to meet and sail with you xx
  3. Looking forward to the sea days we have a MC sky suite with the window looking aft
  4. We are sailing on the Apex TA in March 25 and were looking to do the previous sailing for a B2B. Then cam across the Sun sailing for March 1st. It is, for us, a better itinerary and also £2000 less expensive than a SS. Although their similar TA is priced at £1700 more than a SS on the Apex. But the Apex is visiting Bermuda which we have not visited before.
  5. Hi we had a fantastic lady named Eli (Ely)look after us on a Reflection sailing a few years ago. If it is say hello from Julie and Steve. This is really good news.
  6. Hi if 1552 1554 are available think about these, they both have huge balconies facing aft no wind issues. They are also close to the hidden staircase going upto the spa. Please do not tell anyone, the window washing ladder is not a problem. if I can get 1552 or the cabin on the port side I will grab it in a heartbeat. IMO better than the hump cabins.
  7. Which sailing like to be there boozing too 😎🥃🥃😂
  8. Bet you noticed the quality of the Waffles though 😂
  9. We were on Edge and noticed there was Calves liver on the Lunch menu in the MDR. They arranged for us to have it for dinner, it was fantastic.
  10. The 08 March 25 sailing from Ft Lauderdale to Barcelona, it is visiting Bermuda which we really want to see were originally going to do a B2B sailing on 01 March but have decided to try the Sun Princess. This will be our first non Celebrity cruise (save for a few on Azamara and RCCL )
  11. @Jim_Iain I've been enjoying the Oceania Thread - It's incredible how many frequent Celebrity Cruisers are showing up over there and giving very positive reviews. I'm sure we all need to find a fit and will be looking forward to sharing our experience - Probably in September - I think I will be booking another Oceania Cruise by Monday. We have also looked at Oceana but think that the new Regent ships maybe a better fit. Also looked at seaborne have sailed with X since 2000 but are now looking at other lines we have never considered. Jim always love you reviews and your honest take on everything, god bless.
  12. I would choose Athens as it has so much to see and do if you have never been there. However please remember the port is about an hour away. We used welcome taxis in Istanbul they were fantastic.
  13. We tried Azamara last year we loved the food service and the fact that everything was included. But and it was a big but for us there was not much to do in the evening. We have decided that We prefer the buzz on Celebrity when we leave the retreat area. However we are trying the new Sun Princess before our Apex TA next year. The new Sun has a designated suite area and restaurant it will be our first time on Princess. The recent decisions by X have resulted in us looking elsewhere.
  14. @TMLAalum HI we too have cancelled or rather moved our May 25 cruise from Hawaii to Vancouver. The big island was the only port. Decided we will do a full vacation there. So switched to the Apex TA in March 25 and gave up over $800 OBC due to the new rules, but hey ho. we looked to book the previous 7 day sailing making it a B2B but decided to try the Sun Princess. A new ship with a dedicated suite area and over £2000 cheaper. Princess include Wi-Fi for 4 devices tips 2 speciality dining and a drink package. Would never have considered any other line but for all the recent changes.
