Our room is located near the panoramic elevator on the 9th floor, What floors does this elevator operate on the deck plans to me are not that clear . If unable to use this is it a very long walk to the next elevator site, We bid for an aureau room and did get the suite with the larger balcony does anyone have any experience with this type of room. We were long time Carnival cruisers platinum members but our last cruise on Carnival was filled with a loud, crude and unruly passengers. We tried our first cruise on msc in 1919 and no comparison, We've experienced real class like the way Carnival used to be. Have enjoyed several since along with NCL and RCL I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we have One thing I don't understand about Carnival cruisers that they seem afraid to try other lines and why they are so terribly loyal and defend Carnival to the core, I agree that Carnival has many good things and a wonderful staff and great food but a few very crude raunchy people (the crowd that loves the filthy sex jokes and bad language) have sort of ruined it for us, Enjoy your cruise,

Have followed your comments for some time and wondering why you are such a Carnival cheerleader. Ater that number of Carnival cruises and if you are that affluent to have that many why you have never explored other lines and the amenities they offer with a different clientele. Why you would choose to constantly defend them as being the perfect line, I am assuming you are a JH affinio or relative of an employee who would never try another line, Carnival was once a great line but of late has gone downhill due to its passenger roster not in its service, They and JH have done a great job on making a person feel guilty if they choose another line. It's a remarkable study in human nature how persons can be so easily manipulated Sorry you aren't enjoying some other experiences. I do agree that Carnival has great ships and excellent service but sadly it's their clientele.

Are cruising first part of February and wonder which hotels offer airport shuttles to hotels? Also are there any reasonably priced hotels in port area with shuttles? thank you.

If a person books a casino rate is one able to transfer this rate to a travel agent in order to get extra perk etc tips ot extra OBC? Also what is the time frame if possible after original booking with cruise line for this to take place, Thank you,

Sure hope this isn't the case for our fall cruise since bad behavior was why we left Carnival. MSC has always provided such a lovely environment but that was two years ago when we traveled on her, Would love to hear from someone not in YC to hear how it actually is,

Thanks for the lengthy reply appreciated it, I didn't mean to be critical but hard to understand the luggage, We too, even if we cruise in the peon class in a balcony do dress up and appreciate the finer things and appreciate proper attire as we have experienced on MSC, hate the crude apparel on Carnival and after cruising them for years had to get away from the crude behaviors, Would love to cruise YC but not in the plans. Am in the 90's and feel blessed to cruise at my age and will probably be taking my last hurrah on MSC this fall with two of my older sons, Thanks for your reply,
