Quick question- On the Coastal Classic from Anchorage to Seward, does anyone remember where your carryon is stored? I know there is a space under the seat in front of you where the footrest looks to fold down. Do they check carryon sizes? My rolling carryon is a bit bigger (15.5x14x8) than their carryon amounts (15x14x6) and just wondered how strict they are. Trying to avoid putting all the essentials into a heavy backpack and using a small rolling underseat bag. Thanks.

They will find you! Track when you last used your SeaPass card for drinks etc, review video footage, find you through people you are traveling with, Check your cabin lock to see when it was last swiped, etc…

I’ve read what Royal sent and the ArriveCAN website info and it is really confusing as far as WHEN the 72 hour window begins. I thought it was within 72 hrs before embarkation for the Southbound cruise leaving Seward. But then I had read that the cruise line only asks to see that you have downloaded the app and on the Day 6 of the daily compass bulletin Royal provides the “destination address” (which is the cruise ship Vancouver port address needed for completing the ArriveCAN. So it is really is confusing. I too am bring the information to our larger group so am trying to figure out how to prepare them so we aren’t doing it last minute.

Yes at 45 days before in the morning I was able to select a Wellness Check time. One member of the group said they didn’t see the option but the rest of our group was able to also.

No we have a 16 and 19 yr old. Both vaccinated.

After talking to RCI again, they said at 30 days before boarding we select a check-in time that will be different from the wellness check time that was selected 45 days before boarding. Just so odd to see two very different times on set sail passes. Traveling with a group and trying to sort this all out! Made copies of earlier time so we’ll see what happens.

Has anyone had your RCI App set sail pass show a different Check-in/Wellness time than the Royal Caribbean.com set sail pass? My app shows 12pm which is what I signed up for when completing the check-in and the website set sail pass shows 2:30-6:30pm. I called RCI and was unable to get a clear answer. All 4 of us in my family with the same reservation number have the same situation having the two different times. It is so odd. I just did the check in on May 10th on the first day of check in. Thanks for any help!
