Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/the-healthy-sail-center/getting-ready-to-cruise You might need to clear your browser's cache as it was just updated 46 mins ago. I also got this email 46 mins ago at exactly 12PM EDT. Self administered tests are now also accepted.
  2. Royal has just updated their website at exactly 12pm EDT as scheduled.
  3. Someone from another forum just posted this regarding Royal Caribbean's change in protocol. I am sailing in 4 days and haven't receive anything yet..
  4. I also spoke to the resolutions team, they admitted that they are not up to date but as of now the website says testing is still required for Brilliance since it visits Greece. They advised us to check again closer to our sailing date in case there are any updates.
  5. There was an update effective Sept 24 that Greece no longer requires pre cruise testing for those up to date with vaccines. Many cruise lines updated their policies like Celebrity, Azamara, Carnival, Princess, and Seabourn..but unfortunately both Royal Caribbean and NCL did not update yet on their website..unfortunately, both employed a shared healthy sailing panel board that are slow to update. Just heard that NCL Jade was still asking for negative antigen or PCR test before boarding for fully vaccinated guests yesterday from Piraeus sailing. So the fact that some lines are slow to update their health protocols for sailings that visit Greece, it is creating confusion.
  6. Royal and NCL share the same healthy sail panel.. not sure why they are not updated on the new Greece protocols removing testing for fully vaccinated guests.
  7. Got this for our Royal Caribbean Oct 9 sailing that visit Greece.. Is Royal the only cruise line that hasn't updated their cruise protocols yet?
  8. This is from Royal's website, not yet updated
  9. Royal Caribbean has not updated yet.. but Celebrity updated already
  10. Can someone confirm? The latest I am hearing now is Greece is loosening up their requirements... Test are required when cruise is departing from Greece, no longer if your ship is just visiting Greece as port of call.
  11. Let us just hope Greece will drop testing requirements by October. Hard to understand why they are the only country in Europe requiring so, and they only require it for cruise ship and not for those arriving via aircraft.
  12. No problem, as the higher stateroom prices are so high, that even if I placed a maximum bid and they accepted it, it is still way way cheaper than paying additional to upgrade.
  13. I have bid the maximum possible to test, 2 weeks before sailing.. nothing..
