Well, I guess posting here helped because I went back to the Celebrity website and was able to cancel the cruise. Now I just hope our deposit shows up on our credit card statement ASAP!

For the past several days I have been trying to cancel our May 2024 Eclipse cruise, on the website and by phone. On the website I go to "Change your mind? Cancel Your Reservation" click it and nothing happens. After several tries, I get locked out of the website. My husband has been on the phone this morning for 1 1/2 hours, and the recorded voice keeps promising he will be helped as soon as a representative is available. Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice on what else we can do? Thanks in advance.

Lin336, you are welcome. Testing prior to our June 12 cruise went smoothly for us, despite my concerns about a proctored test. Have a wonderful cruise!

For a Monday departure, Saturday or Sunday testing is accepted.
