Looking for recommendations for private shuttle services for a group of 26 people from our hotel to the cruise port.

I have a family member traveling with us who needs a wheelchair for usage during the entire duration of the cruise both on the ship and off the ship at the ports. Is there a rental that can be used for both on the ship and off the ship? We would rather not have to drag a wheelchair with us if we dont have to. Please advise if you are allowed to take any wheelchair rentals off at the ports of call.

Looking at booking a cruise out of New York that goes to Bermuda on the Dream, was wondering if my 5 year old Daughter would need a passport for that sailing or if a birth certificate would work? I looked around on the website and couldn’t find any information regarding that. Thank you!

I am looking to cash in some of my Royal Caribbean Visa Rewards points for a free 7 day cruise, I havent cashed any points out for quite some time and things have changes as now you have to book your cruise and then cash in the points. In order to do this you need to pay out for the deposit, my question is, do they refund the entire deposit once you cash in your free cruise certificate?
