  1. I booked during a promotion that gave me a $1000 air credit. When I pull up flights on Flightease, does anyone know if that's the price displayed is before or after the air credit is applied? TY!
  2. I am excited to be bringing my family onboard Grandeur in 2024 to celebrate some milestone birthdays. I booked 6 cabins a year ago and placed only one person on each reservation. There was a 100% single supplement added to the price of each cabin. Prices have increased quite a bit since the time I booked. I will be adding an additional passenger to each of these reservations. I am wondering if Regent will reprice the entire cabin at current prices or if I locked in the prices when I originally booked. Does anyone have an experience in this area?
  3. Received this from Regent regarding an upcoming cruise in January. Strange as we already have air reserved. We also have upcoming cruises this November and next April and with our Platinum Status we don't normally get charged a fee for custom air, perhaps we will be paying now? IMPORTANT INFORMATION: NEW AIR RESERVATION POLICY DATE OF ISSUANCE: OCTOBER 27, 2022 Dear Valued Guest and Travel Partner, To deliver the best possible service to our guests and to align with partner airline policies we are revising our air reservation policy as of November 1, 2022. From this date, custom air will only be reserved within 270 days for guests who have deposited their cruise and completed in full the “Guest Information Form” (GIF), including their name as per passport and date of birth. In addition, all air reservations booked through Regent (custom or otherwise) that are inside 1 year of departure will require a $500 administration fee per passenger name change (including updating an incorrect spelling).   4. We are Regent Platinum and recently tried Silversea Muse for a quick 7 day Alaska itinerary. We were not impressed. The restaurant situation is confusing at best, there is not clear "main dining room" wiht the expansive menu like Compass Rose. French restaurant charged $60 pp and felt similar to Regent. Spa was terrible, steam room didn't work. Included wines -- not much selection that we liked. One plus was the door to door service, we did enjoy the limousines. Also, the pizza restaurant was to die for--amazing! Exursions were comparable to Regent. No shows at night. No vibe at the bars at all. Won't be booking another SS.
  5. We are excited to board Muse on Thursday and had two quick questions. First-- I know they have Technogym equipment but does anyone know if there is a spin bike I can use that clips to my bike shoes? Second-- we booked a GTY is there somewhere I can look to see if our cabin has been assigned without having to bother an agent at SS? Thanks in advance!
  6. I hope you all get a chance to meet Dru Pavlov. He's newly hired as CD from Crystal and he is fabulous! Met him aboard Explorer earlier this year.
  7. Does anyone have her last name to find her on FB? We are big fans of her as well! She prepared 24 different vodka martinis for me on my last 24-day voyage!
