  1. Can an adult in the other room exchange rooms with grandpa before he cancels? Then there is aleady an adult in the room with the minor when he cancels.
  2. After an hour on chat, no one knows why We can’t purchase on the app. The app will not let us use the saved card and it will not allow a new card to be added. It now shows it added in the personalized and paid, even though we have not paid for it and it was never in his cart. I printed the travel summary showing it on there as paid. Will see how long before it disappears.n This is absolutely ridiculous. Half the stuff is on the app and half the stuff is on the web page. No wonder nothing works.
  3. Husband shows as authorized user of the card. It shows me as the owner of the card even though it was saved under his ID.
  4. Is anyone having the following issue on the Princess App? I was able to purchase the discounted WiFi for one device at the Platinum rate. my husband has tried to do this on his app…when he chooses the WiFi purchase option, it takes him to a screen to pay. Our cc on file is not listed and it wants him to enter cc info. He selects that…and our cc on file is listed, but won’t let him choose it. Tried to enter a different cc, and we get an error message. Cruise is in 3 weeks.
  5. Our cruise is in 3 weeks out of Rome and we have had no action on our upgrade bids. Already bid over asking. 🤞🏻
  6. We were at the game where Plaxico Burress had just shot himself in the leg...he was the featured player on the ticket. Sal Palomantano used our tickets on air before the game...we were terrified it was a scam...but his person brought the tickets back and sent us some hats and t-shirts from ESPN I think it was. Favorite player...Mark Bavaro

  8. I had the balcony dinner, the balcony breakfast and a pack of water in the cart for maybe a few weeks. When i went to delete the breakfast recently it wouldn't remove it. Did a chat on the website and they told me I had to call because they could not refund it to me. They were unable to understand that it was in my cart and that I had not paid for it, I was trying to remove it so that I did not have to pay for it. First thing this morning it was all still in the cart...then all of a sudden...everything was gone...while I was logged in. I will accept this gift from the twilight zone and be thankful. 🤣

  12. Edit to add…it appears my cart was cleared, so I added back the Balcony Dinner and water and purchsed. Hope everyone else’s cart was also cleared so you can start over.
  13. Now I am unable to view my cart. When I put the mouse over the “CART” button I can’t click on it. I get a round curcle with a slash through it.
