I agree and mine even shows up on my paperwork as "Prepaid Gratuities" and it is the "DSC" that NCL charges.
Just because NCL changed the name does not mean all the agencies did.
We can't mention TA's on this site but yes, I use a TA that is a big corporation and yes they pay our gratuities when we sail on NCL. Never once had a problem and with them. 3 cruises and they were paid everytime.
Are you signed up with NCL's Military Program? 10% off cruise is one of the benefits. On the Epic in January we also received a nice package in the cabin with a patch and metal pin and a nice letter. There was also a Veteran Meeting that was very nice. NCL will verify your military service through Id me and you only need to do it once. There on our when you go to book a cruise you are automatically given your benefits. Also available for spouses.
