I turned my Princess points into a Carnival gift card and guest services applied the gift card to my sail and sign account Used my Holland card on the cruise as we are building points for our Alaska adventure in 2025

The Jan 21 sailing was much the same long wait times for your time dining (90 -100 minutes checking in at 5:30 p) Dining room half empty Wait staff told us a team of 3 now responsible for 2 stations at a time Definitely short staffed difficult to get dining room bar service ( they no longer have a staff member designed for this) carnival needs to step it up!

Airlines just very nicely changed our flight from 3:30 departure to 7: 30p departure That means all day in Miami with luggage Is their luggage storage in Miami? or Are there hotels offering day passes? Or suggestions of how to spend this time thank you

I also had to contact Carnival together my 10% shore excursion discount Saud it would be in the next cycle They corrected my double points within a few days and then sent a letter apologizing for their error

Has anyone booked a hotel using Carnival's Mastercard fun points? Do they take the points from your account at time of booking? Or at time of check in to hotel? If you cancel hotel booking ( if hotel has free cancelation) do you lose your points? I hate to book a hotel 5 months out then need to cancel then lose the points?
