Actually they were never free but were $5.00 and they “paired” them with the appetizer of the day which changed daily.

Hi all, Just spoke to a friend - currently a Loyalty and Events Manager (formally Captain’s Circle Host) and I was told this: The Loyalty and Events Manager will be moving to a “back office” position renamed Events and Guests Services Supervisor. Captain’s Circle members will be directed to Future Cruise Sales to answer membership questions.

Bob just a thought Bruce had the same issue with food and beverage delivery though the app. We went to guest services and they discovered that the battery in his medallion was low. They replaced his medallion - it took all of 5 minutes, and he was all set. Maybe give that a shot.
