We did Detroit to Philly one year and they have some mini transports if you can flag them down to get you to your gate.

We will be in Barcelona 4 days prior to boarding. Our first stop, leaving Wednesday, Paris to stay with friends. It was supposed to be just hubby and myself but daughters will be coming too. Got an Airbnb for 5 days in Barcelona, one of the girls can help reading Spanish. They will stand on land and wave us bon voyage, they will fly back to Michigan. Tried to convince their hubbys to let them do the TA with us but… This is our 4th TA and we only had one rough night. Hoping for the same. Safe travels

Thanks for the commentary. We will be there for the trip back. We’ve been to all of the ports for the return so it will be a chill cruise.

W currently have reservations at the Catalonia plaza Catalunya but we are starting in France and bringing two adult daughters to Barcelona for a few days and are now thinking maybe Airbnb. Have no clue where to look, neighborhood or areas. The girls were an afterthought so we may have to change hotel arrangements. Anyone have input, would appreciate

We’ve been getting tournament offers but not free rooms. Have a transatlantic booked so I guess we hit the casino again and see if we can get them to send free room offer. we had one years ago fron NYC to Puerto Rico. All we paid was $200 and had $200 obc. I can only hope to get a great offer. We’re close to being diamond so it’s not based on that.

We were on the spirit for 3 cruises together for 20 days. We collected the gifts then went to the trivia games and found people to share with. We have a grandson with autism and they generally have a passion for one thing more than others. we watched at the trivia game and saw a kid who was in love with carnival items. When we gave him the can wrap and a pin you’d have thought we gave him the world. It made my day and his. There are those that appreciate the little things others complain about. So just share.

onion soup for sure. The pecan pie which shows up occasionally and a banana split from the kids menu. 4 days and we’re on board.

I’m packing some malted milk powder and a shaker. Be hitting up the ice cream machine and buffet for milk and I’ve got my milkshake. 11 days to go.

Never done b2b with a little one but once you’ve done it you’ll be spoiled. We’ve done 10 day Mediterranean with a 14 day transatlantic. Twice. Now 6 or 7 days aren’t enough. We’ve got a B2B2B, 20 days, in November. Lucky for us we can be away for any length of time. Once you do it you’ll be planning the next ones.

We did 4K rooms on the Legend. Also on other ships. We love them. We get sunlight. They are just like the size of balcony cabins without a balcony.

We’ve changed our April Panama Canal to this transatlantic cruise. We’ve done 2 other transatlantic cruises and love it. The only port we’ve not visited is Valencia. Happy we’re going back to Bermuda

We’ve done2 transatlantic cruises. One ,last port New Orleans. Once into New York Both were Oct/Nov cruises. I worried about the what if too. Glad to sa both smooth sailing

We were on a cruise that buses took us from Ensenada to the US. Even back then I thought what would it take to hijack the bus. Crazy world

Going on b2b2b and by chance my niece and her kids are on. Hopefully it’ll still be kookiest. Keep me posted. I’ll bring something to personalize them and give it to them. I’ll be keeping up with the post closer to November on spirit
