I was not able to find any flights from the USA mainland into La Romana do have decided to go into Punta Cana and take the hour taxi from there to the hotel pre-cruise. There seems to be very little on this area.

Thank you, that's good to know. I do normally cruise in a balcony suite but I can't afford the extra expense on this cruise line and these Vista suites look really nice, not pokey.

Hi, Does anyone know of any reviews / photos of the accessible Vista Suite 407 on Dawn? It is coming up as the only option in that category for a cruise I want to book. We don't need accessible though so worried being allocated that will be an issue, or someone else who needs it misses out. Perhaps they bump you to another category if it is needed? Interested in seeing what it is like. Thank you

Thank you everyone, just read further into the current offer for $600 bar tab and the cruises I was looking at are not included so think I will give this one a miss & keep in mind for future cruises.

Thank you, those prices are quite good for drinks. I will look at the XL terrace room too. I got a little confused as the size noted on the cabin info appeared to be the same as normal terrace room. That may be an error.

Hi, I am a huge Celebrity & RCI fan. I really don't want to stray from what I know being that I am organising a trip with another friend who is not an avid cruiser. I don't want her to be disappointed and everything I have read on the forum here does not have me sold going Virgin Voyages is the right thing to do. I keep coming back to VV because of the southern Caribbean itineraries out of San Juan in 2024. They are really what I want and not matched by Celebrity or RCI. Can I please get some feedback on the following concerns: 1. My friend is an alcoholic (no jokes here), she is not a messy one but will drink solid from 11am to bed so I need to consider drinks. The heavy port days will help here but still, there is no drink package, understand the bar tab deal etc. Are the drink prices really that reasonable? How much for a bottle of nice wine or champagne (not the top brands but nice)? The Cocktail prices I have seen don't really seem that much lower than other lines or perhaps I am out of touch on their pricing? 2. The pool situation is deplorable, I like to swim or relax in the pool not sunbake around it, however with the itinerary we would be on it's not a deal breaker. Are they as bad space wise as they look? 3. Can all Rockstar rooms have two singles or are they all standard king? 4. All the photos I have seen have shown little to no people. Possibly intended to show more of the ships. What has it been like on board atmostphere & people wise. the biggest ponder at the moment is....How do you book yourself a back to back when you can't choose your cabin. I did a couple of tries and didn't come up with a match so far. Any secret I am missing? If you want to throw in your opinion of VV versus my faves Celebrity & RCI please do. Thank you 😊

Do they replenish the alcohol or is it just what is provided on day one until you finish that. Talking about just the Rockstar room here. Thank you!
