  1. There are a few non connecting on Deck 6 but I usually avoid that deck because there aren't cabins below us. Ill check cruise deck plans to see what's there.
  2. How noisy are connecting rooms on the Allure? We have never sailed on Royal, most of our cruises have been on Celebrity. We are planning a short cruise on the Allure after a trip to Orlando. There aren't many non connecting rooms left so our TA picked a room for us which is connecting. I know Celebrity"s connecting rooms on newer ships connect through an extra door through the main hallway so there is no extra noise which would be the case with an actual door in the cabin. Help please.
  3. Sorry I never got back on this question. The cabin steward couldn’t open the partitions and said the safety officers new rules. We went down the GuestRelations. They said it was a new rule fleetwide. We explained that wasn’t the case when we booked the rooms and we have been traveling on S class ships for a number of years expressly because we could open the balcony. She said they would have to contact the staff captain and I guess he approved because they opened the balconies.
  4. We travel with friends sometimes and like to open the balcony divider so we can sit outside together. Although we travel on various cruise lines by ourselves we usually book on Celebrity S class ships we we travel together because we can have the cabin attendant open the dividers. We wanted to try Holland next cruise but only if we can have the divider opened. TIA.
  5. This May seem like a silly question but I always like to pick up some things for the grands with extra onboard credit but they didn’t have any of these sales on my recent Beyond cruise. I’m not sure if this was just on these one ship or if it is across the line. Most of the merchandise available was expensive, no cheap stuff. Have there been $10 sails on other ships?
  6. I hope they haven’t changed the policy. We booked four adjoining cabins and have always been able to open them on S class ships. We are on Equinox in about 3 weeks.
  7. Looking at a Princess cruise leaving from Los Angeles. Would that be actually Long Beach, San Pedro or somewhere else. Never left from the West Coast. before so Im lost.
  8. Thanks all for your responses. This is what I needed to know. It makes HAL a great option.
  9. We have a small group booking four balcony rooms. We have sailed on Celebrity a number of times and can open the balconies between all four rooms. We really like this feature. We are considering some HA cruises. Is there a way to open the balconies on any or on all of the HA ships?
  10. Thanks for all the help, I resubmitted via email and received the OBC yesterday.
  11. What cruiseline group is Oceania with, I have a cruise booked next year with them.
  12. Thanks Jim. I think you are on our Summit cruise to Iceland. im not really tech savvy so have a heck of a time submitting on the link. I can either send the whole statement without highlighting( I don’t know how to do it) or highlight a physical copy the take a picture then attach but it only lets me attach one page not two. Such a pain.
  13. I have over 100 shares of RCL. I sent a copy of my statement to the link and got a reply that I don’t have 100 share but I highlighted the 102 shares that I have. Is there a phone number to call or a physical address to send a copy of my statement to with a letter to ask to re-evaluate? I never got the shareholder credit for my Feb cruise but I had so much OBCi didn’t pursue it. But this time I’m annoyed.
