I am Platinum level VIFP. Soon, I will be sailing with my girlfriend who shares my address, but has never been on a Carnival cruise. My question - will she be able to get the same Platinum level benefits as me? Thank you.

In less than 2 weeks, I will be cruising on RCCL with my live-in girlfriend. I am Diamond status on RCCL, but my girlfriend has never been on a cruise. My question - is she eligible for the same Diamond perks as me? If so, what is the procedure to make this happen? I am not trying to be greedy, but I do not want to leave anything on the table either. Thanks.

I am familiar with 25%, 50%, and 75% penalties for cancelling within 90 days of sailing. Do these penalties apply to the port and tax fees as well as the cruise fare?

I was moved Room 3216 on the Allure for Covid quarantine. It was very quiet. Not sure about the non-quarantine rooms on Deck 3.

From whaI understand, solo cruisers earn double Crown & Anchor points. Looking back at my RCCL cruises, I went solo on a 4 night cruise in 2019 and only received 4 points. Is there a reason for this this that I am overlooking? If not, is it possible to request an update from RCCL? I only need 2 additional points to get Diamond status. Thanks in advance.

Can this promotion be redeemed through a travel agent? I have booked another cruise in the required timeframe. I provided the SAILAGAIN code to my travel agent, but I have no way of knowing if it was accepted.
