  1. The package will cover 15 alcoholic drinks (Plus is $15 or under; Premier is $20 or under). If you end up drinking more than 15, then you will be charge the additional drinks. This often happens when the crew add two drinks to the same person rather than to each account holder. Additionally, if the price of your drink is higher than what the package covers, you pay the difference plus they add 18% gratuity to the amount it went over.
  2. You have to have the app opened. There will be like a red dot on the bottom part of the app where chat tab is at when you get a message. The feature of an actual notification on top of the screen like when you get an email is blocked by default and you cannot switch it to allow notifications to be turned on.
  3. That's a suite perk. Being able to order food from the dinning room. So, you would need to use the phone for that. Your cabin attendant should be able to help you out. We never used that feature as we like to go to the dinning room.
  4. You can order from the room service menu or, they will bring you a menu from the dinning room and you can order food that's being served in the dining room. You will not get served like in the dining room. The food will be delivered all at once. If you order through the app, the delivery fee is waived with the Plus package. Not sure if it is also waived if ordering through the phone.
  5. On the Regal, the Juice bar is in the buffet area. The Horizon Bistro to be exact. Here is a picture of their menu.
  6. Ship: Regal Princess Class: Royal Deck: Marina Cabin #M522 Category: MC Port/Starboard/Bow: Port Mostly Quiet: can barely hear some carts being moved around 4-5 am from the Horizon/Bistro Court Mini Suite View: Clear view with plenty of shade from the extended overhang Privacy Issues: no Wind: no Soot: no Problems: closet light sensor on the wrong side, keeps turning off. Had to constantly wave at sensor which is facing the closet where the safe at. Comments: It is on deck 15; the pool and the buffet area are not too far. This cabin is not near the elevators, so you do not have to deal with the traffic noise.
  7. TXDOT has an interactive map that you can navigate through and interact with live feedback.
  8. Which ship are you looking at? From what I am able to decipher, OF is ocean view guarantee. OC is an assigned ocean view stateroom.
  9. I can second the previous comment. We never felt a dip, void between the two beds when configures into a queen.
  10. Yes, I have been looking for that freaking check box like crazy. I feel better knowing that I am not losing it. Thanks
  11. Sorry, but the search button only mentions upgrades about packages and biddings. The last time we cruised Princess was in 2017. When booking, you could choose no upgrade or upgrade only to higher category type room. I cannot find this on Princess' website. Help! THank you
  12. It is like luck of the draw. Even used different browsers and sometimes I am able to log in, sometimes, I am not. Go figure.
  13. Instead of starting a new thread, I am going to piggy back into this one. We normally purchase supplemental insurance outside of Princess. Mainly in case we need medical evacuation. We have never purchased the Princess Platinum coverage. I understand that the $20,000 medical coverage is considered low. We do have great medical insurance which covers outside the US. We are heading to going on a West Caribbean Cruise. My concerns are, not familiar with hospitals outside the US, do you have to pay upfront or do they accept payment through the insurance company. Will the Princess Platinum coverage be enough? Thank you
