Not that I think this will happen but what happens if at the end of a cruise you have money still in your OBC account?

Hello, I think I know the answer but here is the question - We are taking a 14 day cruise which will be over Christmas and New Years and will be in port on both those days. I guessing that everything will be closed, is that correct? What's it like on board?

Thank You all for your replies. Really appreciate it. A dumb question that I do have is do they have coffee makers in the room. It's been quite a while since we have been on a cruise so I don't know some of the newer ins and outs.
