Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. From looking at photographs of the Sun Princess, it appears the all balconies are at least partially covered by the deck above or in the case of Cabana Mini suites, some other covering.. I need to be sure that standard Mini-suites are covered and not open to the world as you would find on Dolphin Deck (9) of the Grand class ships. I believe I am correct, but don't want to give someone incorrect information.. could someone onboard please verify.. Hope you are all having a fabulous cruise.

  3. try deleting the app, reinstalling it and signing on again.....may help.
  4. I agree and Princess was generous with the FCC and OBC..
  5. I know they missed Glacier Bay yesterday...not sure why.
  6. Fully vaccinated, double boosted wore N95 at all times in public except at meals. Drove to the ship and home. One of us did not get off in a port for the entire 14 days. The other one did. Guess which one of us tested positive when we got home? Right! the one who got off in ports. Did some serious separate quarantining at home for 7 days. Both Negative now and the one who was positive was asymptomatic the entire time.
  7. We were on the May 11th 14-day (b2b) didn't have to do anything.. just a normal morning..
  8. We disembarked the Grand Princess May 25th in Vancouver, BC. Princess announced that they would no longer be offering testing for passengers flying back into the US just a couple days before our cruise began on May 11th. It definitely caused concern because the cost to have it done at the airport was $68.00 CAD per person. We had 6 in our party who had qualifying test kits with them and were able to get a WiFi connection long enough to take the tests. Were at sea the day before disembarkation...therefore difficult. Long lines at the internet cafe. Luckily, we were driving, so no test required to cross the border into US by car.
