I did the Sunrise in November 2021 and Conquest in January 2022, approximately two months apart. By far, liked the Sunrise better. Conquest was good ship, easily managed, and fun. Sunrise seemed a little more modern and upgraded. Sunrise has larger Bonsai Sushi whereas, on Conquest, sushi was just at a walk up window. Just nicer on Sunrise. Just my personal opinion.

I am sorry if this has been asked multiple times. Husband and I are platinum cruisers, so not newbies. We usually book specific cabins, but this time we got an exceptional deal on a guarantee (Carnival picks room) balcony. My question is how far out from cruise date does Carnival notify us of our particular cabin. Any insight will be appreciated. Thanks
