  1. Hi Not sure if it’s my device or NCL’s website Trying to make a booking but it seems to give me a random room in my category (balcony) when I try to change stateroom it try’s to give me a different stateroom in a different category (e.g Spa or aft facing) saying there’s no more in my original category However I’ve done several fake bookings on that balcony category and it gives me a different rooms each time, so I know there’s more rooms in that category- is this an NCL thing or what ? tia
  2. We were on the ship within 10 mins of getting out of the taxi, we were longer waiting in the car queue getting to the terminal
  3. Currently on the Anthem and a day out of NYC heading for the Caribbean and this is the Starlink speed this morning, 3rd Jan If anyones interested

  6. I just phoned about refunds from 20th Nov I was told there was a 30-45 day wait for refunds Told him I wasn’t impressed that they take my money immediately but refunds take so long to get back. As he laughed it off (yes - laughed) I cut him short and told him I didn’t find it remotely funny at all and didn’t appreciate him laughing about the situation. still no further forward and got to wait another 15 days 🤷‍♂️ Made me feel better I left a rubbish review for him on the survey
  7. Thanks for that, we board 2nd Jan and her b’day is the 3rd. I’ve ordered the room decorations but wanted some chocolate strawberries or something like that on her birthday- the cake might be a great idea, did they bring it to your table in the MDR or to your room ? I’m going to take a bottle of champagne with me as well
  8. Hi, Bit of advice, if anyone knows ? I want to order something from the Royal Gifts section on their website, for my wife’s birthday during our cruise. It says that they will be delivered on day one of the cruise but her birthday is not till later in the voyage Anyone know how you can have things delivered later than day one (if you can at all) or do I wait to order them onboard ? tia

  10. Right, thanks for clearing that up so can you just make a reservation whilst onboard ? I can’t see anything on the cruise planner or in the app. We sail on 2nd Jan and have checked-in
  11. Does anyone know if the Silk restaurant is still on the Anthem of the Seas ? looking on their website it doesn’t mention the Silk restaurant as one of the speciality restaurants (or I can’t see it) but it’s showing on their deck plans anyone enlighten me ?
  12. Have you thought of a hotel for the day, that’s what we do if it’s a late flight home, usually have a pool for the kids we use Dayuse.com

  14. Yes I’ve been using it for quite a while, really good service. I just used it and stayed in a hotel just outside MIA from 9am-5pm for $80
  15. It shouldn’t be a problem as I had this on a previous cruise and it was on my account when I boarded, I just printed out my final invoice which had the code on it but there wasn’t even any issue. if you’ve got it printed out and don’t get the package then you can go to customer services and get them to sort it
