  1. I beg your pardon? I'll have you know, I was cruising practically nonstop in 2021, including a B2B2B on Harmony. I had to, I had so many Covid credits built up on MSC, Royal and Carnival. 😇 Then, in 2022, I found out being on Disability doesn't pay nearly as much as being a drug dealer (legal). 🤑 But, I'm slowly staging a comeback, maybe I'll do a review on Indy for Halloween. 😉
  2. Well, well, well. I see Royal will accept anyone as passengers (sniff, sniff). 🤪 Remember pre Covid, when they had standards? Have a great cruise, you guys. Of course, Owen is the hottest guy, look at his parents!
  3. Quick question, I own a Travel Pro scooter with a sealed lead acid battery. The only time I flew with it, American asked me if it was a wet cell or a dry cell. I said it was sealed lead acid and then we stared at each other awkwardly for a few minutes. 😂 They said since I didn't know, I had to carry the 20 pound battery onto the plane. It was awkward with that in one hand and my cane and carryon in the other. I'm flying again soon. Does anybody know? Thanks in advance.
  4. Agree. I've cruised both Royal Caribbean and Carnival since Covid and muster is whenever you want to do it, before sailing. Just be careful going over the hump between the ship and the deck, you'll probably get stuck and have to walk the scooter over. Same for disembarking, you'll bottom out on the ramp.
  5. Thanks! I stumbled upon that website earlier. I'm going to attach a laminated note somehow. He says on there that 3% of chairs/scooters get damaged on the plane.
  6. I hope it's okay, I glommed onto this topic instead of starting my own. I'm flying with my scooter for the first time, American Airlines from Virginia to North Carolina to Boston. I've filled out all the necessary paperwork. I understand I have to gate check the scooter, but do the luggage handlers know how to switch it from Drive to Neutral? I'm terrified they'll destroy it by forcing it to roll in Drive. I realize I can show the handler in VA, but not upon arrival in NC and MA. I've thought about making a laminated sheet or something and taping it to the back of the seat. Help!
  7. Even when the joke is Abraham Lincoln talking about the internet? 😂
