  1. We have transferred to Princess for our next cruise, mainly because the Plus package which was offered by our TA in a New Year offer. Also because Celebrity have taken S class ships away from Southampton and my husband doesn’t want to trek to Amsterdam.
  2. Trouble is, Power Up Points are not available monthly!
  3. We are sailing Sky Princess. Is the Aft dining room Botticelli on Sky?
  4. Someone usually posts when they get notification.
  5. Can you give me the name of the Aft dining room please? As we sail on September 1st the new system won’t be in place, so I could do with knowing which the nearest/ most convenient dining room will be.
  6. Contacted CelebrityCruises yet again, due to only getting 2 points instead of 3. They could see 3 on their system, so suggested I did the following: ”Hi jackie i can see your points are now 880 on the system, to update your account i would recommend going into your profile, removing your loyalty number saving the changes and logging out. If you then log back in and re attach your number you should see the points update. Thanks” Thought I was fairly good at IT stuff, but this stumped me. Eventually, I went into the App, deleted it and then reinstalled. I still couldn’t see my correct points, as I couldn’t even open the site, on my I Pad, but I could on my phone. I’ve since had an email thanking me for joining and all is now OK.

  8. I have contacted Celebrity Cruises Captains Club about the missing points. This is their reply: Hi Jackie, the points should show up at some point today for eligible members. I will check again tomorrow morning. If it's not been allocated then I will email the team.

  11. I’ve seen 2 dates, : the following “The new approach will launch on Princess voyages departing September 1, 2024 and beyond. To support these changes and the transition to the new system, main dining reservations that already have been made for voyages sailing September 1 and beyond for any ship except Sun Princess will be cancelled. Starting June (Date TBD), booked guests will be able to use the app ahead of their voyage to opt for traditional seating in a dedicated dining room with the same waiter, same table and same time each night, or flexible dining, allowing them to enjoy dinner at any available time and table size of their choosing in either the Reserve able or Open Seating dining rooms. This change does not affect guests booked in specialty dining restaurants or suite or reserve collection accommodations, who enjoy a dedicated dining room on Princess ships, where no reservations are required.” and September 14 th! Wonder if Princess will inform us via TA?
