We had had it last summer on Silhouette - was good value if your already had the premium package — was nice to get mini fridge stocked with soft drinks and a few beers… kinda paid for itself with the included casino credit. Sadly, I believe they retired this package sometime in the past year as we tried to book it recently for our upcoming cruise on Reflection next week but were told no longer available when we phoned Celebrity.

Apologies if already been asked… Given the ship has not been revolutionised, can you advise whether: 1. Retreat lounge is still Michael’s? 2. is there no retreat sun deck or private suite area for sunbathing? 3. Is it the beer (think called craft social) or wine bar (cellar master from memory) on board?

Hi there, We are due to sail on Regal Princess in 11 days and every time we try to book via the medallion app over past few months, we are presented with a message saying please try again closer to cruise. We have paid balance off in full since January and can book MDR via app and shore excursions via website. On previous Princess cruises, we were able to book a couple of months in advance. Starting to get worried it will be a mad rush in embarkation to get our usual 1st and last day bookings in. I have also tried ringing Princess a few times but gave up after being held in queue for ages. Is anyone aware of any issues booking speciality dining via the medallion app - or having similar issues themselves?… and if so we’re you able to get it resolved somehow? Thanks in advance.
