We’ve taken many cruises but never on Princess. I found what looks like a “deal” but I don’t have point of reference for this line. I know everyone values different things so please offer helpful information only. Is this a fair price for January/Caribbean: Sky Princess 7 nights balcony Princess Plus for $2368 (includes the taxes). thanks!

PLEASE BE KIND. We sail next week out of Quebec City. While it is still too early to tell what the path of TS Lee (projected to be a Cat 4 Hurricane) will take, some models are showing pretty nasty weather that could be headed toward our Canada based cruise (ports in NFL, NS). What reroute is even possible when sailing from Quebec City? I don't honestly care where we go, but I've never thought about a hurricane impacting a northern itinerary before. Yes, we have travel insurance. This is just a general question and not a panic post (I'm well aware that this is hurricane season).

I made at least one dining reservation for our upcoming cruise on NCL Joy. I've misplaced the planning paper I was writing everything on and can't remember which day/time I've already reserved (I do know if was for Cagney's). I've looked through my account on the NCL site and can't find it anywhere. TIA.

Yes! It was $1200 more when we reserved our current cabin and that seemed excessive. We bid $610 so we will see what happens. Current cabin is great so no sweat if we don’t get our bid accepted. I successfully got a bid accepted about 7 years ago but it was a different process then. Thanks everyone for your thought provoking input!

We are cruising on the Joy (Canada/New England) in September. I received notice to bid on an upgrade today. We have stayed in The Haven once before and loved it. We’ve also sailed regular balcony and been just fine. Our current room is on deck 12 a Club Balcony Suite. I would only bid on Haven Suite w Balcony (HJ) no other type of room. Minimum offer is $300 pp. Thoughts?
