Which ships have them? Trying to plan a family vacation in Fall of 2025. Wanted to know what ship to start with a Caribbean Cruise I know the cruises are far from being posted but just wanted for my own reference. Thanks !

I'm interested in solo cruise. I love to cruise, and my husband passed away. I don't know how well I will handle it but I don't want to pay for two people when it's just me. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. We usually went celebrity, princess, and R.C. We just booked the Sky Princess. Hoping to get some advice on the dining rooms. I'm looking to book our times for the main dining venues. Cielo, Soleil and Estrella Dining rooms. Are the menus and theme the same in each? Anyone like one better? Thanks! Lyn and Bill
