  1. My favorite is Mamma Mia on Allure and Grease on Harmony. Walked out on Flight and Columbus.
  2. That's my preferred option. When I first sailed on Oasis the bed was by the closet and it was quite tight as you mentioned. On my most recent Anthem sail, I was in cabin # 12654 with the bed by the balcony. I booked an Odyssey 11 niter while on board and asked for the same cabin # but was not available. The agent suggested cabin # 12660 and I remarked that based on the Anthem configuration the bed would be by the closet. She looked at her spreadsheet and confirmed that in essence the bed was by the balcony. Royal must have added an additional cabin/modification to accomplish this. I also googled the cabin # and sure enough it shows the bed by the balcony.
  3. My request is white, but I constantly get a red and a white. I visit the LA and he/she takes corrective action. One time they left the red and gave me an additional white. Go figure. I called Royal yesterday to request an e-bill of my expenditure on recent Anthem sail and was asked by an automated voice the reason for my call.
  4. I usually don't take these offers and take the $ off, but the bottom line price was too good to refuse and especially on a brand-new ship. My only concern is that I usually book a balcony and this reserve is for an interior.
  5. I've got a back-to-back 3 & 4 nights on Utopia in August thanks to the Casino promo of paying only for a 2nd Pax. Taking my son along and the airfare for 2 from Newark to Orlando is almost double what I'm paying for the cruise fare ex PT&F.🤣
  6. Maybe it's a problem on those sails. My recent Anthem sail, the CL was a morgue. Kids outnumbered adults. Also, lunch with Officers, the Officers outnumbered the attendees.
  7. Why are you even on this board.😜
  8. Used them on day of arrival and departure. Had a 10AM and return at 9AM. Reasonable for the distance involved. Mine (solo) was $35 each way. My return driver was very knowledgeable of e roads as the main artery was backed up either accident or traffic.
  9. I was on the Easter Anthem sail and the CL hours were from 4:30-7:30 PM. We stopped in a 4:30 as we had traditional early dining. The lounge was like a morgue. Some nights kids outnumbered adults. Also, attended the lunch with Officers and the Officers outnumbered the attendees.😊
  10. Unlike airlines where passengers don't spend any money flying it's the opposite in cruising. From excursions, drink and dining packages, etc. Also, don't forget money gambled and lost in the casino.
  11. I'll tell you one thing. there were some 400 D and D+ on my Easter sail on Anthem and the Crown Lounge was like a morgue. There were more kids in the Lounge than adults. Also, lunch with Officers event there was more senior staff than actual attendees. Usually, this event is very well attended. The Pinnacle event was separate and don't know what the turnout was.
  12. Yes, my favorite.as you can see it in my signature.😊
  13. It's to penalize early diners as it allows only 30 minutes in the Crown Lounge.🤣 The hours on Anthem were 4:30-7:30 PM.
  14. On my Easter Anthem sail the traditional was 5 early and 7:30 for the 2nd seating. MTD was set at 6:45. Keep in mind that on many Oasis classes traditional early dining is at 5.
