Have a question for yall. I applied for matching status back at the end of August by uploading a pdf file of the screen print of my status on Royal. Never heard or got anything back and not sure how to see if anything was applied to my booking. I resent it again tonight. Any advise? Do i try and call or wait another week or where do I look to see it on the booking? TIA

I was having same issues as OP. Tried everything suggested here with no luck. 3 hours on the phone with the IT department last week. No luck there either. Today, its all cleared up. Looks like they removed my entire booking from the website and app. I added it back and then everything worked. Guess the IT fairy finally found a way to fix it.

funny though. I got the unsuccessful emails after we had already set sail.
