  1. What dry rose is available in the premium package, please? A few months ago I read that Whispering Angel was covered. Recently I have read it is now priced out of the package. I know there is another one or two brands, but can't think of the names. One has "Oliver" in the title?

  3. I have no problem questioning FBC reps on the phone. Much quicker and sometimes price better by calling. You really should shop your flights prior to calling to purchase. That way you have several options. Some may not be aware that you can book different airlines for arrival and departure..Doesn't have to be round trip. I like the delayed payment giving me time to research other options, check prices, etc. and able to make changes before final payment with no penalty.
  4. bikerunner, please post if you find the price to indeed be $17. Maybe they changed it back recently. It definitely was $19 on Equinox in Feb.
  5. I second these drinks. BUT, they are no longer covered on the premium package. Zacapa Old Fashioned is now $19. I believe Azteca is the same.
  6. If she can get a statement from her doctor on why she can't have alcohol, they will waive this requirement. Usually they do on people's word alone. I would call and speak with someone else.
  7. Have read that Capt. Kate's contract was extended. Anyone know how long? We board April 27 and I believe she will still be on then. We are on Beyond B2B so wondering who will be Capt. that second cruise May 5.
  8. There has been a line at the spa desk on Equinox on boarding day the last few times I have been on her. I have seen these lines as I am leaving the gym, which I always go to on boarding day. Those times I was lucky enough to be in Retreat and there is always a spa person there to make appointments. Not in Retreat for the next 3 cruises. Too expensive now.
  9. I have called CC 3 times today and every time I get a recording for an answer instead of a live person. This is of course after the initial recorded response advising a few minutes hold time. Can't get thru' to a live person. Anyone have a suggestion? I would like to make some arrangements before boarding to avoid standing in line at the spa on boarding day.

  11. I booked the previous hair appointments by calling CC and was allowed the discount. This time I also called was told I couldn't use the spa discount. I will try another call later today or tomorrow.. Don't want to have to stand in line on embarkation day to make the appointment.
  12. In Jan. I used my 15% spa discount in the hair salon. I just tried to book a shampoo for upcoming cruise and was told no discount on hair services. Anyone have info about this? Also, someone please direct me to the Elite Plus list as I want to examine the wording about discounts.
  13. Is the Eden Cafe open every day for breakfast? I do understand open only sea days for lunch. What lunch hours, please?
  14. Ours are 6 and 8 nights in May '25. Maybe the May 10 is the last before the short cruises, which I would never book.
