Old issue. I believe Oceania let’s you donate refundable credit, not unrefundable. You can gift your money, not theirs. -

10 days of almost perfect weather. Crew was very responsive to my wants. 20 days if you count the prior segment. Some glitches on excursions and I didn’t get a concierge bag. But a wonderful time.
